Background: I have been working in the field of ABA since 2017 across a variety of environments, including in-home, in-center, and in schools. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis as well as an Autism Specialist certification. I joined IBT in September 2023 as an Autism Specialist, and I’m grateful to be part of such a supportive team.

Motivation: What motivates me most is the collaboration and support I experience at IBT—both from my local team and the organization as a whole. I feel driven to grow and do better every day when I see clients learning new skills and building meaningful ways to communicate.

Hobbies/Passion: Outside of work, I love spending time with my 2-year-old son. We enjoy music, playing outside, and working in our new garden together. I also have a passion for music and singing, as well as a love for sign language.

Favorite Memory at IBT: One of my favorite experiences has been enjoying summer outings with our clients and staff. These trips-whether to the zoo, splash pads, or local parks—have been amazing opportunities to support social skills, behavior reduction, and team rapport while also having fun together.
