Background: I completed my Master’s at Capella University. I went through 3-4 non-for-profits before I found IBT. IBT is the most inclusive and supportive company I have worked for in this field. I absolutely adore my supervisors and of course, my clients.

Motivation: IBT is always branching out and finding new ways to support their families.

Hobbies/Passion: I do crossfit and because IBT is so flexible, I am able to be involved with my children’s activities.
