Background: I previously worked for IBT for about seven years, and I was excited to return when IBT expanded its services to my local area.

Area of Expertise/Focus: Early Intervention, Staff Retention, and Supervision.

Motivation: What inspires me most is being part of the “little (but BIG) things”—the firsts. The first time a child tells their parent “I love you,” the first time they make a friend, or the first time a skill truly clicks. I love being part of a team that helps our clients thrive and sharing the science of ABA with the community.

Hobbies/Passion: Taekwondo, video games, traveling, and exploring new places or museums with my family.

Favorite Memory at IBT: Seeing clients thrive and eventually no longer need additional support. I also love our community events like Trunk or Treat and Sensory Santa.
