Brianna Anschutz

Brianna Anschutz, BCBA, Regional Supervisor

Background: I began my career in ABA as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing direct support to children and families across school, home, and clinical settings. My passion for improving outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based care led me to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, I design and oversee individualized treatment plans while also supervising developing clinicians.

Currently, I am pursuing a doctoral degree in Developmental Psychology to expand my expertise in child development and enhance my impact across educational, in-home, and clinical environments.

Area of Expertise/Focus: I specialize in applied behavior analysis (ABA) with a dual focus: providing direct behavioral therapy and telehealth services to clients, and mentoring and supervising professionals entering the field. My role includes clinical service delivery, case management, and individualized treatment plan implementation. To provide effective services, I draw from both applied behavior analysis and developmental psychology.

Motivation: What motivates me in this field is the opportunity to make meaningful, lasting change in the lives of individuals and their families. I believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, individualized support that helps them thrive. I am also passionate about mentoring others to deliver high-quality care grounded in both science and empathy.

Hobbies/Passion: Outside of work, I enjoy re-reading my favorite book series like Harry Potter and Twilight. I also love running outdoors, attending yoga classes, and practicing piano. One of my favorite ways to relax is spending time with my pug, Louis, who always brings laughter to my day.

Favorite Memory at IBT: One of my favorite memories at IBT has been working with a family for several years and witnessing the incredible growth and development of their child. Seeing not only the progress they made but also their genuine enjoyment of our sessions was so rewarding. Another highlight has been mentoring one of my team’s RBTs, who was inspired to return to school to pursue becoming a BCBA. Moments like these remind me every day why I am so passionate about this field.
