Background: I have been working in the field of ABA for over 10 years. I joined IBT about two and a half years ago after being recruited by Kim Becker, whom I had worked with previously. I was excited for the opportunity to collaborate with her again and to contribute to IBT’s mission.

Area of Expertise/Focus: My primary focus is serving as a BCBA.

Motivation: What motivates me most is seeing the gains our clients make—it’s incredibly rewarding to witness their progress.

Hobbies/Passion: Outside of work, I enjoy reading, cooking, watching TV, and spending time with my family.

Favorite Memory at IBT: I have too many wonderful memories at IBT to choose just one.
