Background: I started my career as a special education teacher, where some of my students were receiving services from IBT. I loved collaborating with Kris and the IBT team, which led me to join IBT as an RBT and respite care provider during school breaks. Over time, I continued to grow within the organization and eventually became a BCBA.

Area of Expertise/Focus: I focus on collaborating with the Marion team to support clients and their families.

Motivation: What motivates me most is seeing clients make progress and achieve their goals.

Hobbies/Passion: Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, baking, and being outdoors.

Favorite Memory at IBT: My favorite experience at IBT was the support and training I received while completing the requirements and passing the exam to become a BCBA. That encouragement helped me achieve a major career milestone.
