Background: I’m a homegrown Kansan who grew up on a ranch before serving in the Air Force. My path into ABA began when Traci Vaccaro connected me with Dr. Paige Boydston, who supervised me throughout my time at IBT and helped guide my development in the field.

Area of Expertise/Focus: My primary focus is working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Motivation: Every day at IBT is different, and what motivates me most is helping create a positive quality of life for our clients. That outcome is a natural reinforcer that keeps me passionate about the work we do.

Hobbies/Passion: Outside of work, I enjoy exercising, collecting sports cards and memorabilia, playing video games, going to live sporting events, and spending time with my dogs, friends, and family.

Favorite Memory at IBT: I have many favorite experiences at IBT, but overall, what stands out most is the ongoing support I’ve received from the staff and professionals I’ve had the privilege to work with.
