Background: I started with IBT back in 2015 as a Behavior Technician while completing both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology. After earning my master’s, I transitioned into an Autism Specialist role while also training and working as a school psychologist. In 2020, I began supporting internal assessments for families at IBT, and by 2023, I expanded my role to include supporting the assessment clinic and supervising our psychology team.
Area of Expertise/Focus: I support all psychology-related services at IBT, including our assessment clinic and therapy services. I also provide supervision for our psych team.
Motivation: The services provided by IBT are truly impactful in the community. I feel grateful to see firsthand how powerful ABA services can be for our families. Our mission of reaching rural families and underserved populations motivates me deeply. Over the past ten years, I’ve witnessed our growth as an organization-both in services and locations-and it has been incredible to see the positive impact on more families.
Hobbies/Passion: In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and our two young boys. I also enjoy baking, being outdoors, and staying active.
Favorite Memory at IBT: One of my favorite experiences has been working with children on increasing their communication skills. Watching them learn to express their wants and needs-and seeing how much it impacts their lives-has been an unforgettable and inspiring part of my journey at IBT.
