Background: I began my career as an RBT and later moved into teaching while completing my Master’s in Special Education. Although I enjoyed teaching, I missed working directly with children and their families, which led me to pursue an Autism Specialist credential.

Area of Expertise/Focus: I am in the process of becoming certified in DIR (Developmental, Individual-differences, Relationship-based model), which focuses on developmental needs and building relationships. I’m excited to incorporate this approach into the work IBT is already doing.

Motivation: What motivates me most is building relationships with each child. Every child is unique, which makes the work both meaningful and always interesting.

Hobbies/Passion: Outside of work, I love exploring new coffee shops with my family, reading, crafting of all kinds, and running my little library.
