Background: I came to IBT because of the research opportunities! I had no prior experience working with kids on the spectrum, but after more than two years in the field, I’ve completely fallen in love with the work, and with the kids.

Area of Expertise/Focus: My main focus is staff training and creating behavior intervention plans that support meaningful progress for clients.

Motivation: What motivates me most is seeing the kids’ progress every day and getting to collaborate with such smart, creative people.

Hobbies/Passion: Outside of work, I enjoy reading and playing games.

Favorite Memory at IBT: During my first year, I worked alongside my clinical director with a new client who was experiencing intense problem behavior. It was a challenging but rewarding learning opportunity to help determine the best support for him. A year later, seeing that same boy thriving is an amazing example of the outcomes of ABA, and one of my proudest moments at IBT.
