Background: I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and began my professional journey with IBT while completing both my undergraduate and graduate studies. My involvement with IBT started after taking an introductory psychology course taught by Haley Robart, which sparked my interest in the field and opened the door to this meaningful work.
Area of Expertise/Focus: I primarily focus on OASIS parent training and talk therapy.
Motivation: What motivates me most about IBT is its unwavering commitment to supporting children and families in individualized, meaningful ways. I’ve always had a passion for working with children, and IBT’s flexible and compassionate approach has allowed me to pursue that passion—no matter where I am in the world. Even while living in Okinawa, Japan, IBT made it possible for me to stay connected and contribute to the mission. Being part of an organization that values its clients and team members so deeply is incredibly fulfilling.
Hobbies/Passion: In my free time, I enjoy staying active by playing tennis and relaxing with a good book. These hobbies help me maintain balance and bring a fresh perspective to my work.
Favorite Memory at IBT: One of my favorite parts of this job is witnessing the “aha” moment—whether in ABA therapy or talk therapy. Seeing a client truly grasp a concept and watching the understanding click into place is incredibly rewarding and reminds me why I love this work.
