Background: I started at IBT four and a half years ago as an intern through the Pittsburg State University Behavior Analysis master’s program. After completing my degree, I stayed on with IBT and have been part of the team ever since.

Area of Expertise/Focus: I serve as an Autism Specialist and Consultant.

Motivation: What motivates me most is the growth and progress I see in the kids year after year. Celebrating their wins, working alongside supportive coworkers, and being part of such a positive atmosphere keeps me passionate about this work.

Hobbies/Passion: Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my kids and granddaughter. I also love writing poetry, drawing, learning new things, swimming, riding bikes, and hiking, among other hobbies.

Favorite Memory at IBT: There are so many great memories, but one of my favorites is watching a child meet their goal and seeing how proud they are of themselves in that moment.
